Rope Studio London was founded by Francesca Atzeri who was born in Italy and has been living in London since 2002. She studied and learned the Art of Knotting since her very early age following her grandmother’s macrame’ teaching. In 2016 Francesca went to Porto Cervo (Sardinia, Italy) to visit her parents. In that occasion, walking on the harbour of Porto Cervo and watching a luxurious maxi yacht’s rope she had the inspiration of using sailing ropes to create her piece of art.

Today Francesca uses luxury ropes which make her works unique, elegant and a real piece of art.
